Flooded residential property

SERVPRO responds to all types of flooding.  Some worse than others.  This unfortunately was a catastrophic flooding event.  We responded several days after due to the water taking time to recede.  This allowed time for ample mold growth to occur.  Demo took place through out the property and the exposed framing was cleaned of all mud and debris.  Once dried final mold remediation and sanitizing took place of the property.  It was then ready for the reconstruction process to begin.  SERVPRO has the trained personnel and proper equipment to care for the needs that arise when the flood waters rise.
