Toilet valve malfunction

Standard water loss resulting from a broken toilet valve.  Loss occurred upstairs bathroom and leaked downstairs to the lower bathroom.  With the vinyl wallpaper on the drywall this would greatly reduced the ability to dry the affected drywall and framing.  With the age of the property, asbestos and lead testing was required prior to removal of the affected material.  Test results were positive for asbestos and the material was removed under proper abatement guidelines.  This typically will add a few days to the mitigation process.  Once the drywall and wallpaper was removed the framing was restored back to normal moisture levels and ready for repairs.
