Flooded Commercial Building in Huntington Beach

This flooded commercial office building was a result of a break in the fire sprinkler main supply line. There was a large amount of standing water throughout the entire 5000 square foot building.  Notice the amount of water causing the carpet in some areas to float.  Water extraction was performed along with extensive content manipulation.  Carpet was not able to be saved due to the bacteria content in the water and the breakdown of the carpet backing.  A standard two foot flood cut was performed to dry and treat the affected framing.The after picture was taken only 3 days later.
